Where can I buy my tickets?
Online through the Red Tickets platform or at the Jardín Botánico ticket office. You can purchase your ticket in advance at the ticket office from Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Where is it located?
The Botanical Garden is inside La Carolina Park, at Pje. Rumipamba and Av. Shyris, near the entrance to Mundo Juvenil.
Is the Bosque de Luz Pet Friendly?
Yes, pets are allowed but must be on a leash, and you should bring bags to clean up after them. However, we recommend leaving them at home as the lights might overstimulate them, and in some cases, they could get lost.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a paid parking lot inside Parque La Carolina, right in front of the Botanical Garden. Availability may vary depending on demand.
Is there a café open inside the Botanical Garden of Quito at night?
Enjoy a break during your visit at one of our two cafés: Maihua Store and Botanical Café.
Is the only entry time at 6:30 PM?
No, you can enter anytime between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM, with the last entry at 9:00 PM.
